PLPL together with the consultant teams had been selected as one of the 12 teams out of more than 100 shorted listed teams to submit for the Stage II submission on WKCD conceptual plan.
40Ha WKCD site as an integrated arts and cultural district consist of 15 performing arts venue as well as the new type of cultural institution entitled “M+” with 78750m2 GFA. The plan has also addressed the new green link concept and addressed the connection with the new railway station.
