The Grade I Historic Building was a 4-storey former home from one of the founder of Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Ltd, was intended to be vitalized into a museum displaying and educating local history. The proposal was one of the submission to “Revitalizing Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme” Batch 1 in 2008.
