China World Apartments is a 30-storey residential tower with one level of basement in Beijing. The renovation is to upgrade the branding of the apartments to suit the overall CBD development.
The overall renovation includes architectural design services, façade uplift, landscape design and interior design for all units and public areas.
The upgraded tower houses 405 suites – apartment sizes from studio to one-to-four-bedroom units, offering a total of 12 unit types. The first level consists of a grand Lobby, commercial zone, kindergarten, children’s playroom, playground, garden, conference rooms for residents’ use and lounge. The third level houses the Gym and indoor swimming pool.
